The usual first questions.
Do you have stock in Slovenia?
Yes — core SigenStor modules, hybrid inverters, gateways and accessories are held in Kranj. C&I (SigenStack) and utility gear are on short local lead time; exact availability is confirmed with every quote.
Can I install it myself?
Slovenian grid code requires registration and, for larger systems, certified installation. We supply the equipment, the design, and a vetted list of certified installers for the commissioning step — or we can point you to the Sigenergy training pathway.
What warranty applies?
Manufacturer warranties apply per product line (e.g. SigenStor cells and system per Sigenergy’s published terms). As the exclusive distributor, we manage every warranty and RMA case locally — no paperwork chasing across borders.
