We bought 17 SigenStor units paired with the home gateways for our depots — every one paired, commissioned and report-ready within three weeks. Not one callback since handover; the gateway diagnostics make our remote checks trivial.
14 Sigen EV chargers — AC and DC — went in across our three sites. Load management held up under real fleet load from day one, the installers finished with zero rework, and two years on the only upgrade we're considering is a second DC unit.
This was our first C&I installation: 12 SigenStack units driving a utility inverter on a food-processing roof. Grid-tied, bank-ready, certified documentation without a single correction — and it has hit 4.1 MWh in the first two seasons without a single fault.
